Description
The building is
an interesting combination of Khmer and French colonial styles.
It was allegedly built in the mid-twenties by the Queen Kossamak,
Sihanouks mother, in order to live closer to the Botum Royal
Pagoda so she could go there to pray anytime.

Pagoda, the National Museum and the grisly Tuol Sleng Museum a
reminder of the dark days when Cambodia was ruled by the Khmer
Rouge
