Itinerary

DAY 1: Roluos and the Grand Circuit
We visit the earliest temples of the Angkor period at Roluos, including Preah Ko, Bakong and Lolei for a useful chronological perspective on Angkor’s development.. After lunch in town, we visit the highlights of the grand circuit, including Neak Poan, Eastern Mebon, Pre Rup and Preah Khan. We return to Siem Reap for dinner and overnight.

DAY 2: Angkor Thom and the Small Circuit
We visit the sites of Angkor Thom, including Victory Gate, the Bayon, Baphuon, Phimean Akas, the Terrace of the Elephants and the Terrace of the Leper King. After lunch, we visit the highlights of the petit circuit, including Prasat Kravan, Sras Srang, Banteay Kdei, Takeo and jungle-clad Ta Prohm. We watch sunset over Angkor Wat.

DAY 3: Banteay Srei and Angkor Wat
We make an early morning visit to Angkor Wat to watch sunrise, before continuing north to visit the elegant temple of Banteay Srei and well-maintained Banteay Samre. After lunch in town, we visit magnificent Angkor Wat to view its architecture and bas reliefs. We return to Siem Reap for dinner and overnight.

 DAY 4: Phnom Krom and the Floating Village
We travel to Phnom Krom for a cruise on the Tonle Sap, visiting floating villages. After lunch in town, we visit Artisans d’Angkor and the Western Baray. We transfer to the airport for onward flight.
