Danang
has 300 restaurants, among these, there are ten with scale
restaurants, good quality services, 150 with medium scale
restaurants (100-150 seats); 80 aquatic and sea food restaurants
beside the tourist sites, the beaches, small scale restaurants

Quang noodles
Quang noodles is famous and can compared with noodles of Hanoi,
beef vermicelli of Hue, Saigon noodles. Quang noodles is made of
good quality rice and cut into strings. The broth of Quang noodles
can be cooked from chicken, shrimps noodle, crabs, so its name is
chicken noodle, shrimps noodle, crab noodle, each kind of noodle has
its ownership taste and attraction. Quang noodles can be eaten with
flavor vegetable, lime chili, peanut and rice paper...Quang noodles
is the familiar course of Quang Nam and Danang people, and the
famous ones are Tuy Loan Quang noodles, Dong Da Quang noodles of
Danang city and Dai Loc Quang noodles.

south people of VietNam. In Quang Nam - DaNang there are famous
restaurants serving this dish e,g, Ha Lam and Dai Loc. However, Khue
Trung restaurant is famous in DaNang for its Rice paper rolled with
port. This dish is simple. It consits of boiled port cut in slices
(including the lean and fat) rolled with rice paper and vegetable,
dipped with fish sauce mixed with salted peanut, chili, grarlic,
sugar and lime. Visitors can enjoy this with beer and rice alcohol.
Cau Mong
medium cooked beef:
Cau
Mong medium cooked beef is particular dish and familiar with
connoisseur diners each time they come back to Quang Nam - DaNang.
Cau Mong is the land name by the national road, 15km from Danang,
belongs to Dien Phuong village area, Dien ban district. There are
ten of inns that serve the Cau Mong medium cooked beef which is
skillfully prepared (each cut slice had meat and skin) eat with fish
sauce mixed with salted peanut, chili, garlic, sugar and lime, and
vegetable with green banana, star fruit and flavor vegetable...and
sesame crisp rice paper. Cau Mong medium beef existed long time and
present at many places in DaNang city, hoi An, Tam Ky, Vinh Dien to
Ho Chi Minh city with the title "Cau Mong medium beef".
